What am I Drinking?! was on the verge of a huge transition. They were prepping to move from teaching private wine classes for parties and retreats to opening their own physical location and offering a variety of classes and events.
They needed to retrofit their existing site with a robust events management and ticketing tool that would let site visitors browse events and provide a seamless purchase experience.
We developed an events management integration to work within the context of their current site. The new tools features and home page area to feature events, an interior calendar, and online ticketing.
One of our favorites parts of the new integration is the automation behind the ticketing system. Site visitors can browse, select, and purchase seats to events. They pay online, and their tickets are delivered to their inbox - all with no intervention from WAID employees.
Sometimes things that appear simple are a lot of work. But we've found, at the end of the day, it's always worth the extra effort.
